Ensuring Delivery of Our Emails to Your Inbox

For AOL Users

We want to ensure that you receive our emails promptly and without any hassles. Occasionally, our emails might accidentally end up in your AOL SPAM folder. To make sure this doesn't happen, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Add Us to Your Contacts

  1. Log in to your AOL Mail account.

  2. Click on "Contacts" in the left sidebar.

  3. Click on the "+ New Contact" button to add a new contact.

  4. Enter our company name and email address in the appropriate fields.

  5. Save the contact.

 

Step 2: Mark Our Emails as "Not Spam"

  1. Log in to your AOL Mail account.

  2. In the left sidebar, find the "SPAM" folder.

  3. Locate an email from us that might have been marked as spam.

  4. Open the email.

  5. Click the "Not Spam" button at the top of the email window.

  6. This action will move the email to your inbox and help train AOL Mail to recognize our emails as not spam.

 

Step 3: Create a Filter to Ensure Inbox Delivery

  1. Log in to your AOL Mail account.

  2. Click on "Options" in the top-right corner and select "Mail Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  3. In the left sidebar, click on "Filters and Alerts."

  4. Click on the "+ New Filter" button.

  5. Set conditions such as "From Contains [Our Company Email]" and "Move to Inbox."

  6. Click the "Save" button to create the filter.

 

Step 4: Review SPAM Settings

  1. Log in to your AOL Mail account.

  2. Click on "Options" in the top-right corner and select "Mail Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  3. In the left sidebar, click on "General" and then select "Spam Settings."

  4. Review your spam settings and ensure that our email addresses are not listed as blocked senders.

 

Step 5: Check Email Filters and Blocked Senders

  1. Log in to your AOL Mail account.

  2. Click on "Options" in the top-right corner and select "Mail Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  3. In the left sidebar, click on "Filters and Alerts."

  4. Review your existing filters to ensure they won't inadvertently move our emails to the spam folder.

  5. Similarly, review the "Blocked Senders" section and make sure our email addresses are not blocked.
