Ensuring Delivery of Our Emails to Your Inbox

For Yahoo Users

We value your engagement and want to make sure our emails reach your inbox without any issues. Occasionally, our emails might get filtered into your SPAM folder by mistake. To ensure you receive our emails promptly, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Add Us to Your Contacts

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.

  2. Click on the "Contacts" icon in the left sidebar.

  3. Click on the "+ New Contact" button to add a new contact.

  4. Enter our company name and email address in the appropriate fields.

  5. Save the contact.

 

Step 2: Mark Our Emails as "Not Spam"

  1. Open your Yahoo Mail.

  2. In the left sidebar, find the "SPAM" folder.

  3. Locate an email from us that might have been marked as spam.

  4. Open the email.

  5. Click the "Not Spam" button at the top of the email window.

  6. This action will move the email to your inbox and help train Yahoo Mail to recognize our emails as not spam.

 

Step 3: Create a Filter to Move Our Emails to Inbox

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.

  2. Click on the "Settings" gear icon in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select "More Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click on "Filters" in the left sidebar.

  5. Click on the "Add new filters" button.

  6. Set conditions such as "From Contains [Our Company Email]" and "Then move the message to Inbox."

  7. Click the "Save" button to create the filter.

 

Step 4: Review SPAM Settings

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.

  2. Click on the "Settings" gear icon in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select "More Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click on "Security and Privacy" in the left sidebar.

  5. Review the "Filters" and "Blocked Addresses" sections.

  6. Make sure our company email addresses are not listed in the "Blocked Addresses" section.

 

Step 5: Check Email Filters and Blocked Addresses

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.

  2. Click on the "Settings" gear icon in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select "More Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click on "Filters" in the left sidebar.

  5. Review your existing filters to ensure none of them might mistakenly move our emails to the spam folder.

  6. Similarly, review the "Blocked Addresses" section and ensure none of our email addresses are blocked.
