Complementary Leadership
Capital, Structure, Acquisition and Execution.
Michael and David Ligon have worked in real estate investing since 2005. Michael is also the founder of Black Anvil Holdings and operates across additional private investment and capital environments. His approach emphasizes disciplined evaluation, alignment between capital and opportunity, and the ability to create structure around situations that may initially appear complex.

David Ligon is a principal of The Ligon Group, specializing in acquisition strategy, underwriting and transaction execution across multiple real estate markets.
He plays a central role in sourcing and structuring investment opportunities, with direct involvement in evaluating properties, negotiating transactions and moving opportunities from initial review through acquisition.

In addition to his Florida activity, David leads acquisition efforts within select additional markets, including Memphis, Tennessee, where localized knowledge and direct market participation support the firm's residential investment activity.
